Purpose

  • All employees must comply with all safety rules and regulations.

  • Employees must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.

  • Employees are expected to arrive on time and work their assigned hours.

  • Employees are expected to focus on their work and avoid personal distractions.

  • Employees are expected to meet deadlines and produce high-quality work.

Specific requirements

  • All employees must sign in and out each day.

  • All employees must wear their company ID at all times.

  • All employees must keep their workspaces clean and organized.

  • All patients and visitors must sign in at the front desk and be accompanied by an employee at all times.

  • All employees must follow the spirit of the company's mission to provide the best possible care to all patients at all times.

Violations

Any employee who violates this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.


Procedure for reporting violations

Employees may report violations of this policy to their supervisor, HR representative, or anonymously through the company's ethics hotline.


Retaliation

Elk Grove Foot and Ankle Clinic prohibits any retaliation against employees who report violations of this policy in good faith.
