Attendance and Punctuality

Employees are expected to be on time for work and to work their assigned hours. Absences and tardiness should be reported to the supervisor as soon as possible. Excessive absences or tardiness may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.


Dress Code

Employees are expected to dress in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Clothing should be neat, clean, and appropriate for the workplace. Employees are also expected to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.


Confidentiality and HIPAA

Employees are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all patient information. This includes medical records, financial information, and personal information. Employees are also required to comply with all HIPAA regulations.


Patient Care Procedures

Employees are expected to provide patient care in a compassionate and professional manner at all times. Employees are also expected to follow all patient care procedures as outlined in the practice's policies and procedures manual.


Safety and Security

Employees are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment. This includes following all safety procedures and reporting any unsafe conditions or practices to the supervisor immediately. Employees are also responsible for protecting patient information and other confidential information.


Employee Conduct

Employees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. This includes being respectful of patients, colleagues, and supervisors. Employees are also expected to maintain confidentiality and to refrain from engaging in any illegal or unethical behavior.


Disciplinary Procedures

Employees who violate company policies or procedures will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Disciplinary action may include verbal warnings, written warnings, suspension, and termination of employment.
